Zean, pronounced Sean, is a Graduate of two University Degrees, Bachelor of Business Marketing, Bachelor of Nursing and is currently studying for his third qualification (Bachelor of Laws).
Zean has put all these skills into practice to create a very successful business. He always looks at the bigger picture to provide the best support to his staff and clients. His ability to respect alternative viewpoints makes his team work seamlessly.
In addition to being our Managing Director, Zean is also the Marketing Manager for Australia
Zean loves to cook and look after his 3 pugs on the side to help trigger his creativity.
Anthony is an Information Technology Systems Analyst, with over 15 years of experience, specialising in Business and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
He brings a wealth of IT and Business knowledge to our team, allowing us to create a seamless experience for our clients
In his free time, Anthony loves driving off road, exploring and camping in the beautiful Australian wilderness.
Allan migrated with his family to Australia under a skilled visa. He was a practising lawyer and Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines prior to his migration to Australia. Upon arriving, he studied Bridging Program Law at the University of Melbourne.
Allan became a Consultant to EXCA in 2019, and specialises in all aspects of Migration for all types of Australia visas.

Grace has over 7 years experience as a Human Resource Practitioner, and over 9 years experience in Training. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Safety Officer.
Grace is very passionate about dancing, and she is a former part time choreographer in the Philippine Airforce.
Donna is a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, with both Hospital and Dental experience. She also has extensive Marketing and Customer Care experience across several different fields.
Donna has a passion for helping people, and delivers high quality service that will exceed expectations.
Donna loves travel and photography.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
He is passionate on research, books, art, travelling and is a coffee lover. He is also passionate in serving his church to make an impact in his community in the Philippines.
Donelle is currently studying Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management. She has previously worked as a Teachers aide, where she very passionately helped young students achieve their absolute best.
Donelle loves to look after her family, and is the eldest child.
Zoren is a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, specialising in Neurology and Intensive Care. He also has extensive experience in Customer Service and brings a wealth of knowledge to EXCA.
Zoren is meticulous in analysing material and comparing evidence-based research, which brings strength to our success in Visa and Education applications.
In his spare time Zoren likes to travel, play basketball and work out at the gym. Zoren is the youngest of seven siblings.
